As the Process Engineering Lead, you will oversee critical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to international standards while optimizing efficiency, safety, and scalability. Responsibility
- Lead regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to local and international standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Production) to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee process validation, risk assessments, and troubleshooting for existing and new production lines.
- Design and execute process engineering strategies aligned with business goals and sustainability targets.
- Mentor and train engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prepare and present technical reports, process documentation, and compliance audits to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in life sciences and process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the life sciences, FMCG, or food/beverage industry.
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO 22000) and process validation.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL) and data analysis software.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided).
