Responsibility
- Provide technical support to engineering teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the deployment of new technologies and systems to streamline operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, manufacturing, or engineering roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using operational and engineering software tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
