Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with labor agreements, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Design and execute process control systems to monitor and improve performance metrics.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in process engineering and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in manufacturing and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, or Python).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or similar are highly advantageous.
