Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the Customer Service function, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Develop and optimize Production Planning & Scheduling strategies to align with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of production and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times, customer satisfaction) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior management on performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual interventions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Production Planning, or Supply Chain within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in end-to-end production scheduling, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
