Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Oversee administrative processes, including expense reporting, budget tracking, and office supply management.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Provide proactive support to executives by anticipating needs and addressing issues before they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus.
