Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to final offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and design strategic workforce plans.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to build a pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Lead HR transformation projects aimed at improving candidate experience and internal hiring efficiency.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and manage psychometric assessment tools.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (Agency or Internal).
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and market trends in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high levels of integrity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
