Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of assigned undergraduate programmes.
- Provide expert guidance to faculty and students regarding academic policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage examination scheduling, grading processes, and final result verification.
- Support curriculum planning and development by preparing reports and administrative documentation.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate student events, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the Undergraduate Studies Office.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with university data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in academic administration, project coordination, or office management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with student information systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the Singapore higher education landscape is a distinct advantage.
