Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day programme operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of programme coordinators and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage programme intake processes, including participant eligibility assessments, enrolment, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organisations.
- Monitor programme performance through data analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programme activities and timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting programme achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare programme management to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in programme management, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of using data to drive programme improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia or Singapore is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving organisational objectives.
