Responsibility
- Assist patients with prescription management and medication inquiries.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure patient compliance and well-being.
- Address non-urgent medical questions and provide appropriate guidance.
- Review and interpret test results, communicating findings to patients and healthcare providers.
- Continuously monitor and manage the in-basket to ensure timely responses to patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide education and resources to patients to promote health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted USRN license in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, prescription management, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work onsite.
