Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for medical equipment and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals in Bali.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, trade shows, and medical exhibitions.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and medical advancements to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales or marketing of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
