Responsibility
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, compound, and package medications according to prescriptions and established protocols.
- Verify patient information and prescription details to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Maintain organized inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including stock rotation and expiration date monitoring.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance on medication usage.
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and compliant workspace in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Document and update patient records and transaction logs with precision.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support seamless pharmaceutical operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical terminology, dosage calculations, and compounding techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
- Knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
