Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency, patient care, and business growth.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for dental supplies and equipment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international dental healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to attract and retain patients through strategic initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues with data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic/hospital operations or healthcare management.
- Proven leadership in team supervision and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of dental clinic workflows, compliance, and patient care standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations (a plus).
