Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative operations for the Neuropalliative Program, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and healthcare regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program initiatives, including patient care protocols, staff training, and community outreach.
- Oversee scheduling, documentation, and reporting for program activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to facilitate seamless communication and support.
- Monitor program budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and events related to neuropalliative care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices and innovative solutions into the program.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to highlight program achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
- Knowledge of neuropalliative care principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
