Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in processes.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, clinic assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferably in healthcare).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic medical software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
