Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales support activities for Australian healthcare and NDIS clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Liaise between sales teams, clients, and internal departments to streamline communication and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records in accordance with NDIS and Australian healthcare regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including data entry, contract preparation, and initial setup.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Handle client requests, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Stay updated on changes in NDIS policies, healthcare industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or NDIS.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare system, NDIS framework, or disability services is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or onsite setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian work culture and regulations is a plus.
