Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and development of hospital infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to create functional, patient-centered hospital layouts.
- Conduct feasibility studies, space utilization analyses, and workflow assessments to optimize hospital design.
- Develop and present detailed project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with local authorities, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions to enhance energy efficiency and patient experience.
- Provide expert guidance on healthcare facility standards, including infection control, safety, and accessibility requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital planning, healthcare design, or facility management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, building codes, and international standards (e.g., JCI, WHO).
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
