Responsibility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay abreast of industry best practices.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and home modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is highly desirable.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
