Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems for patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, revenue, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with dental practitioners to ensure high standards of clinical care and service delivery.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Organize and maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a dental setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and patient privacy laws.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
