Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, aestheticians, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, industry standards, and clinic policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic services and drive client acquisition.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the clinic environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the aesthetic, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
