Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and ensuring accurate dosage and labeling.
- Manage and maintain pharmaceutical inventory, including stock ordering, storage, and expiration tracking.
- Prepare and compound medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and Bundamedik’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing, inventory, and patient interactions.
- Provide support in patient counseling and education regarding medication usage and side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (e.g., D3 Farmasi, S1 Farmasi).
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technical Officer (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian - TTK) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
