Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Administer hands-on physical therapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, chiropractors, and massage therapists, to provide integrated care.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Promote a positive, healing environment by fostering strong patient relationships and delivering compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Physical Therapist license (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic, sports, or geriatric physical therapy (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
- Proficiency in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
