Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and wellness checks for staff.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote workplace wellness.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Educate employees on preventive healthcare, hygiene practices, and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate nursing, occupational health, or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and basic life support (BLS certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive medical information.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations (K3 standards in Indonesia).
- Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping using digital tools.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali with flexibility for on-call duties as needed.
