Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to present and promote company products.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare providers.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; a background in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and industry regulations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
