Responsibility
- Lead the implementation of integrated care models to improve patient outcomes and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess clinical operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in clinical operations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for clinical staff to uphold high-quality patient care.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align clinical operations with organizational goals and patient needs.
- Support the adoption of digital health tools and technologies to modernize clinical workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in improving patient outcomes, chronic disease management, or integrated care models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
