Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in clinical settings, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
