Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying patient information and dosage instructions
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, including proper usage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Maintain accurate inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and manage stock levels to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with all local and international pharmaceutical regulations and clinic protocols
- Collaborate with medical staff to review patient medication histories and identify potential therapeutic issues
- Educate community members on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication management
- Document all pharmaceutical services and maintain patient records with strict confidentiality
- Participate in medical mission planning and contribute to pharmacy service improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid pharmacist license in country of origin (Philippines preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or retail pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, resource-limited environments
- Compassionate approach to patient care with cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia for the mission duration
