Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand TÜV SÜD’s market share in the medical device sector across Bali and Indonesia.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including medical device manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Present and promote TÜV SÜD’s testing, inspection, and certification services to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A background in healthcare or medical sciences is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or certification industry.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE Marking), and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
