Responsibility

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows, staff coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and KPIs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Lead, mentor, and train administrative and clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and marketing team to align operational strategies with business growth objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization, while identifying opportunities for operational savings.
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism, ensuring a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare, aesthetic clinic, or luxury service industry.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, team leadership, and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA/GDPR compliance, and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
