Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and appointments using hospital information systems.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential data in compliance with hospital policies.
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing as required.
- Support the preparation and organization of patient documentation and medical reports.
- Adhere to rotating shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital management software.
