Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of microbiological tests, including bacterial and fungal cultures, sensitivity testing, and molecular diagnostics.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality for accurate test results.
- Analyze and interpret test data, preparing detailed reports for clinical teams.
- Adhere to strict laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and quality control measures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical microbiology laboratory.
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and standard microbiology techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
