Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions to promote safe and effective therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes through medication therapy management (MTM).
- Manage and maintain pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments, guidelines, and best practices through continuous education.
- Participate in community health initiatives, such as vaccination programs or health awareness campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active pharmacist license in Indonesia (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel patients effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
