Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs to optimize executive productivity.
- Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Oversee office operations, including budget tracking, procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and executive communications.
- Contribute to strategic projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing analytical reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably in healthcare or a corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing budgets, procurement processes, or project coordination is highly desirable.
