Responsibility

  • Manage and update product listings across multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory records and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., product descriptions, social media posts) to attract and retain customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools to enhance online operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, or social media accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, inventory management software, and analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
