Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior healthcare executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and visiting stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of healthcare-related events, conferences, and meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with experience handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and administrative procedures is highly desirable.
