Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations, including facility maintenance, fleet coordination, and office supplies.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees, including accommodations and transportation.
- Monitor and maintain workplace safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and compliance checks.
- Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Support licensing and regulatory compliance for workplace operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in workplace operations, administration, or office support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with vendors and team members.
