Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts.
- Generate and analyze PPIC reports (e.g., production output, lead times, inventory turnover) to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy in tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to adjust production plans based on market trends and customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in production and inventory management.
- Utilize ERP or inventory management software to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or a fast-paced industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), or Kanban principles is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
