Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Acute and Emergency Care department, ensuring compliance with medical standards and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols to optimize patient care and reduce response times.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to strategize resource allocation, budget planning, and process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for emergency care, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Ensure seamless coordination with ambulance services, external healthcare providers, and government agencies during crises.
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline emergency admission workflows.
- Stay abreast of global best practices in emergency medicine and integrate innovative solutions into hospital operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency care management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in operational management within a hospital or emergency care setting.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical protocols, triage systems, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
