Responsibility
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses to support biopharmaceutical research and development.
- Assist in the design, optimization, and scaling of bioprocesses for drug production.
- Perform molecular biology techniques, including PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cell culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve biomanufacturing workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, protocols, and results in compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in biotechnology.
- Support the development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for laboratory and production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or research laboratory (internships or academic projects may be considered).
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, protein expression) and cell culture.
- Familiarity with bioprocessing, fermentation, or downstream processing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, or ISO standards is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
