Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and wellness programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies to prevent accidents and illnesses.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
- Organize and conduct health education and training sessions for employees.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and external healthcare providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and certification in occupational health nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Proficiency in maintaining medical records and using healthcare software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
