Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory standards.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of pharmaceutical products.
- Verify prescription details, check for drug interactions, and provide patient counseling on proper medication use.
- Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications, patient interactions, and inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and resolve medication-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmacy regulations, including storage and handling protocols.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and office-hour pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent certification as a Pharmacy Technician (Senior level preferred).
- Valid pharmacy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosages, and drug interactions.
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
