Responsibility
- Assist physicians and nurses in patient examinations, treatments, and minor procedures with precision and care.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and timely processing.
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.) and update patient records in our EHR system.
- Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, treatment plans, and preventive care in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle front-desk duties, including appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, RMA) or equivalent diploma in nursing/medical assisting from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in basic medical procedures (phlebotomy, EKG, wound care) and patient monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) to interact with international patients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical healthcare practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies, as needed.
