Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results accurately.
- Document patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plans in electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Assist in emergency medical situations and provide urgent care when required.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and research opportunities.
- Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and hospital policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting (internship included).
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
