Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide professional advice and counseling to customers on the safe and effective use of medications.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify prescriptions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Educate customers on over-the-counter products, health supplements, and wellness solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote health and wellness programs, including vaccinations and screenings, to the community.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming pharmacy environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and dosage guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in prescription handling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
