Note: This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Bali, Indonesia. Work permits and tax compliance will be handled in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
Responsibility
- Lead the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle EBS
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for optimal efficiency
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EBS functionality
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (Financials modules required)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts and PL/SQL development
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and Concurrent Manager
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS security and user management
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
