Responsibility
- Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, SOPs, and checklists to optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and modify equipment for improved functionality and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for timely procurement of critical components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
