Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and test systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and inspection of electronic components, adhering to strict quality standards and production guidelines.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machinery, processes, or product defects, collaborating with engineers to implement effective solutions.
- Operate and monitor automated production systems, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines, to ensure efficient and accurate output.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and test results to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Support new product introductions by assisting in prototype development, testing, and validation under engineering supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in electronic circuits, machinery, or production processes.
- Experience with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators) and SMT processes is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of PLC programming, automation systems, or robotics is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production demands.
