Responsibility
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Spearhead digitalization initiatives to automate manual processes and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to address recurring operational challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends in process optimization and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Minitab).
- Experience with process mapping, value stream analysis, and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital transformation technologies (e.g., ERP, RPA, or IoT) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
