Responsibility
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and resources.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all project activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and services efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
