Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead network assessments, gap analyses, and migration strategies from traditional MPLS/WAN to SD-WAN architectures.
- Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, VXLAN) in multi-site environments.
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate zero-trust principles and firewall policies into SD-WAN deployments.
- Provide Tier-3/4 support for complex network issues, performing root cause analysis and proactive performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, runbooks, and compliance reports for audit purposes.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging network technologies and best practices.
- Partner with vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet) to evaluate new features, patches, and hardware for client environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, with a focus on Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) deployment and management.
- Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, or Cisco SD-WAN Specialist are highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in routing/switching (Cisco IOS-XE, Nexus), QOS, and network segmentation.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering hybrid WAN solutions for large-scale, multi-region enterprises.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Ansible) for network provisioning and monitoring.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating SD-WAN with cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
