Responsibility
- Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons tailored to various proficiency levels and age groups.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement innovative curriculum materials and teaching methodologies that align with Edukita's educational philosophy.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
- Mentor and guide students, fostering their confidence, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably in a senior or lead teacher capacity.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
